[Automotive] Air Car to be launched soon

A car that run on compressed air, it was called MiniC.A.T and developed by a French company - Moteur Developpment International (MDI) in Luxembourg. Mr. Guy Négre (dunno how to pronouce it...) founded the company in 1991, he is the inventor of the engines as well. The company recently had annouced to start the production of the car by mid of 2007. Three-seater car selling at €8,000; and six-seater car at €13,000.

The MiniC.A.T is having the top speed of 70mph (112.65km/h) and travel up to 50 miles (80.46 km) in that speed, or further at the lower speed. More pictures after the jump.
